Luzern / LU

Lucerne – a city with many faces. The gateway to Central Switzerland, its direct location on the famous Lake Lucerne and embedded in a breathtaking mountain landscape, Lucerne is one of the most popular holiday regions in Switzerland. But Lucerne is not only an excellent choice as a holiday and excursion destination. Thanks to low tax rates and a convenient location in relation to the financial centre of Zurich, the city offers almost everything you need to run your business successfully. Fortunately, Lucerne is not only one of the low tax regions, it is even the cheapest canton in Switzerland in terms of the regular corporate profit tax. A not insignificant point for a balanced family life and a high quality of life. Added to this are commission-free rents, an attractive shopping offer and a picturesque car-free old town.

Stans / NW

With around half a percent of the total population of Switzerland, the canton of Nidwalden makes a rather contemplative impression. But this impression is very deceptive. Nidwalden already took the lead in 2011 with the introduction of the licence box, which was already converted into the OECD-compliant patent box in 2016. Thanks to this forward-looking way of thinking, 50 companies and their patents have already been able to settle in Nidwalden since 2011, creating around 100 additional jobs. A project which, according to the decision of 19.5.2019, must now be integrated into the legal texts of the tax reform at cantonal level. But it is not only on the innovative side with regard to low taxes that Nidwalden scores. The convenient location, Buochs airport and commission-free rents are also convincing. As benefits a beautiful Switzerland, the canton also offers an extremely attractive range of leisure activities, and so Lake Lucerne or the local mountain, the Stanserhorn with its two-storey cable car, stands for a high degree of work-life balance.

Zug / ZG

Young, dynamic and innovative is one of the smallest and yet most authoritative cantons in Switzerland. Entrepreneur-friendly authorities as well as a convenient location promote the international community from small companies to large corporations within the canton. Special attention is of course paid to low taxes, as the federal tax rate here is just about half the Swiss average. Privileged companies in the investment and management sector benefit from an even lower tax rate. For the reasons mentioned above, it is quite understandable that the city of Zug offers a high quality of life and work, which is complemented by good educational opportunities and commission-free rents. Zug’s town history began as early as the 13th century, and with it the construction of today’s symbol of the historic old town, the Zytturm. It was already known then that the time would strike for Zug.

You can also prevent the use of Google Analytics by clicking on this link: Deactivate Google Analytics. This will save a so-called opt-out cookie on your data carrier, which prevents the processing of personal data by Google Analytics. Please note that if you delete all cookies on your end device, these opt-out cookies will also be deleted, i.e. you will have to set the opt-out cookies again if you want to continue to prevent this form of data collection. The opt-out cookies are set per browser and computer/device and must therefore be activated separately for each browser, computer or other device.
      Privacy policy for Google Ads
      This website uses the online marketing tool Google Ads from Google (“Google Ads”). Google Ads uses cookies to serve ads relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to help identify which ads are being served on which browser, and to help prevent them from being shown more than once. Google may also use cookie IDs to track conversions related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a Google Ads ad and later visits the advertiser’s website with the same browser and makes a purchase. According to Google, Google Ads cookies do not contain any personal information. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. Through the integration of Google Ads, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that Google will find out and save your IP address. You can prevent this tracking procedure in various ways:
      • by setting your browser software accordingly, in particular the suppression of third party cookies means that you will not receive advertisements from third parties;
      • by disabling cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com”, https://adssettings.google.com, this setting will be cleared when you delete your cookies;
      • by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the self-regulation campaign “About Ads” via the link https://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies;
      • by permanently deactivating it in your Firefox, Internetexplorer or Google Chrome browser under the link https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this offer to their full extent.
      • .
      The legal basis for the processing of your data is a balancing of interests, according to which the processing of your personal data described above is not opposed by any overriding interests on your part which conflict with the above (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f DSGVO). Further information on Google Ads by Google is available at https://ads.google.com/intl/de_DE/home/, and on data protection at Google in general: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. This website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our sites equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. For more information on how user data is handled, please see the YouTube privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy
      Privacy policy for Vimeo
      On this website plugins of the video portal Vimeo of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA are integrated. Each time you access a page that offers one or more Vimeo video clips, a direct connection is established between your browser and a Vimeo server in the USA. Information about your visit and your IP address is stored there. Through interaction with the Vimeo plug-ins (e.g. clicking the start button), this information is also transmitted to Vimeo and stored there. The Vimeo privacy policy with more detailed information about the collection and use of your data by Vimeo can be found in the Data privacy policy of Vimeo. If you have a Vimeo user account and do not want Vimeo to collect information about you through this web site and link it to your membership information stored at Vimeo, you must log out of Vimeo before visiting this web site. In addition, Vimeo calls up the tracker Google Analytics via an iFrame in which the video is viewed. This is Vimeo’s own tracking system to which we have no access. You can prevent tracking by Google Analytics by using the deactivation tools that Google offers for some Internet browsers. In addition, you can prevent the collection of data generated by Google Analytics and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
